Coordinador de interfaces y experiencia del usuario (UX-UI)

About the role

The UX‑UI Interface Coordinator will lead the design, improvement and maintenance of the company’s digital interfaces, ensuring a clear, intuitive and consistent user experience for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, technology and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes and final designs.
• Review user flows, mock‑ups and style guides, proposing data‑driven enhancements.
• Document design standards and create internal training materials on UX‑UI best practices.
• Monitor implementation of designs, ensuring fidelity to specifications.
• Analyze usage data and user feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX‑UI Design, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Availability to work onsite Monday‑Friday, 8:00‑18:00 in Zone 12, Petapa.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and a strong orientation toward excellence.

Required skills

• UX‑UI design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Miro, Maze, UX Pilot.
• Project and collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Claude.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and responsive designs.
• Ability to interpret usage data and translate feedback into concrete design improvements.
