Coordinador de inventario

About the role

The Inventory Coordinator ensures the accuracy, availability, and proper rotation of inventory by planning, supervising, and controlling storage and distribution processes. This role guarantees operational efficiency and optimal use of resources.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cyclic counts, physical inventories, and reconcile results with the system.
• Plan inventory levels, define minimum and maximum stock thresholds, and coordinate supply of critical products.
• Analyze inventory variances, implement corrective actions, and generate executive reports.
• Evaluate performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, optimize costs, and support technological upgrades.
• Manage SAP and ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling: Monday‑Friday and Saturday midday shifts.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting/Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years proven experience coordinating inventories, warehouses, or distribution centers.
• Availability to work in Zona 4, Villa Nueva.
• Ability to work full‑time Monday‑Friday and Saturday afternoons.

Required skills

• Proficient use of SAP (mandatory).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS inventory modules (desired).
