About the role

The Coordinator of Investigations and Intelligence will lead the comprehensive management of research, intelligence, and risk prevention across the organization. This role ensures alerts are handled, special cases are followed up, and strategies are designed to mitigate critical process risks, protecting employees and guaranteeing business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all investigation and intelligence activities.
• Coordinate loss‑prevention strategies and actions.
• Ensure the proper functioning of Alert and Response Centers.
• Oversee incident, emergency, and special‑situation handling.
• Design strategies to identify and mitigate risks in critical processes.
• Strengthen relationships with authorities and strategic partners.
• Develop the technical and operational capabilities of the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Criminology, Security or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Strategic planning and risk management.
• Proficiency with Office 365 suite.
• Experience using Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Statistical analysis and creation of preventive analytics charts.
• CVSA certification and interview techniques.
