Coordinador de Marketing Digital

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the execution and optimization of our digital strategies. You will work closely with agencies, influencers, and internal teams to strengthen our brands and create meaningful connections with consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual communication and digital marketing plan for assigned brands.
• Coordinate and monitor digital campaigns and media plans together with specialized agencies.
• Implement and optimize paid media strategies on Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Design, coordinate, and launch influencer marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and digital content using KPIs, scorecards, and competitive benchmarks.
• Validate content matrices, always‑on plans, and social media assets.
• Contribute to creative concept development for campaigns.
• Track trends, new formats, and digital innovation opportunities.
• Manage relationships with creative, media, and influencer agencies.
• Transform social listening insights into actionable recommendations.
• Propose continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost reach, engagement, traffic, and brand recognition.
• Leverage artificial‑intelligence tools to enhance content creation and analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or digital communication.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret digital metrics and campaign results.
• Knowledge of branding and cross‑media advertising formats.
• Willingness to travel outside Guatemala.
