About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead the marketing and communication strategy for assigned projects. The role will design and execute campaigns, events and initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, increase visitor traffic and support commercial objectives while delivering a differentiated customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute campaigns, events, activations, promotions and activities aligned with project objectives.
• Design and coordinate ATL, BTL and OTL media plans, ensuring proper execution and budget optimization.
• Manage activities that improve customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Project traffic, leads, sales and results through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Coordinate relationships with agencies, influencers, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Handle budgets, reporting and KPI tracking to evaluate project and campaign performance.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Present results and insights to stakeholders using executive reports and data storytelling techniques.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing positions.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in project management or account executive roles.
• Experience in planning and executing campaigns, events, activations and communication strategies.
• Knowledge of market research and result analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Own vehicle and availability to travel within the metropolitan area.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Asana, Trello or Jira.
• Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms (certifications desirable).
• Microsoft Office suite.
