About the role

The Operations and Supply Chain Coordinator will act as the central link between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing and the operational units across multiple countries. The role ensures product availability, operational continuity and fulfillment of commercial commitments while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution across Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Logistics, Records and Operational Units.
• Monitor production and supply plans to guarantee timely product availability in each market.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to supply, inventory, capacity and operational constraints.
• Facilitate problem‑solving to protect commercial commitments and drive quality issue resolution.
• Balance regional inventories, reducing overstock, stock‑outs and slow‑moving items.
• Support S&OP and S&OE processes and ensure follow‑up of commitments.
• Accelerate new product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Promote process standardisation across operational units and prepare executive dashboards for senior leadership.
• Travel to various country operations as needed to understand needs and resolve execution challenges.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
• MBA from INCAE or another internationally recognised university (highly desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Supply Chain.
• Experience in companies that produce and commercialise products for multiple markets.
