Coordinador de Prevención – Centro Comercial

About the role

The Prevention Coordinator will oversee the 24‑hour operation of a shopping centre, ensuring that physical and preventive security policies are applied to commercial partners, visitors, internal staff and suppliers. The role supports the Head of Prevention in implementing security guidelines, maintaining order, and delivering a timely response to any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the shopping centre’s security operations around the clock.
• Ensure compliance with all physical and preventive security standards.
• Assist the Head of Prevention in executing security protocols and incident response plans.
• Operate and supervise CCTV systems and other monitoring tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors and law‑enforcement as needed.

Required profile

• At least second‑year studies in Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or Criminology.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar security‑coordinator or supervisory role.
• Background in physical and preventive security, operations, logistics or restaurant‑chain management.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage crises and provide excellent customer service.

Required skills

• Proficient operation of CCTV systems.
• Experience with security monitoring platforms.
