About the role

We are looking for a proactive Product Coordinator to lead omnichannel campaigns and provide operational, tactical, and analytical support to our commercial and marketing strategies. The role ensures seamless execution across digital touchpoints and aligns activities with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze website and campaign KPIs, producing regular performance and sales reports.
• Identify improvement opportunities to boost purchase frequency, average order value, and transaction volume across all sales channels.
• Execute and optimize digital customer‑journey touchpoints, guaranteeing a consistent and effective buying experience.
• Manage the tracking and follow‑up of digital campaigns and channel performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or E‑commerce.
• Approximately two years of experience in a similar product coordination or marketing role.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.
