About the role

The Asset Protection Coordinator will oversee the implementation of processes, procedures, policies, standards and check‑lists related to asset protection, security, risk management and food safety across multiple work sites. The role ensures compliance with organizational guidelines using the SEIC tool and supports store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive the implementation of asset protection, security, risk and food safety processes in all locations.
• Utilize the SEIC system to verify adherence to standards and generate reports.
• Manage personnel assigned to protection and security activities.
• Track and analyse performance indicators related to safety and security.
• Coordinate store opening and closing procedures.
• Liaise with support areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory management for fresh‑goods sections.

Required profile

• Advanced studies or near completion of a degree in Public Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar asset protection or security role.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong service attitude, strategic thinking, analytical ability and positive leadership.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the SEIC tool for process monitoring.
