Coordinador de Trade Marketing

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will drive the execution of commercial plans to increase brand coverage and market positioning, ultimately boosting sales volume. You will work closely with field teams, sales, and on‑premise partners to ensure promotional activities are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Provide merchandiser supervisors with POP resources and supporting materials for market execution.
• Assist the On‑Premise team with promotional fund requests and exclusive offers.
• Conduct route visits to verify Trade Marketing best practices, monitor competitor activity and pricing.
• Create visual evidence of each launch, activation or promotion in modern trade channels.
• Follow up on the Perfect Store (ETP) audit for OFF‑Premise, managing parameters, indicators and audit results.
• Track seasonal promotions, ensure objectives are met and keep the promotional calendar up to date for both ON and OFF Premise.
• Support training sessions for the sales team on new promotions or innovations.
• Monitor installation, removal and placement of cold equipment across channels.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive or Trainee.
