Coordinador de Trade Marketing

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will support the implementation of commercial trade‑marketing plans, ensuring brand visibility and optimal market positioning across on‑premise and off‑premise channels. Working closely with field teams, sales, and promotional partners, the role aims to drive sales volume growth through effective execution and monitoring of trade activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of trade‑marketing plans in line with commercial policies to increase brand coverage.
• Provide point‑of‑sale (POS) materials and support to merchandisers and on‑premise teams.
• Conduct field visits to verify trade‑marketing best practices, monitor competitor activity and pricing.
• Document successful launches, activations and promotions with photographic evidence.
• Follow up on Perfect Store audits for off‑premise channels and manage permission requests.
• Maintain and update promotional calendars for both on‑premise and off‑premise segments.
• Support training sessions for sales teams on new promotions or innovations.
• Monitor installation, removal and placement of cold‑equipment according to channel requirements.

Required profile

• Completed or final‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Previous experience as a trainee or junior developer in trade‑marketing or related field.
• Strong relationship‑building abilities, achievement orientation and disciplined work ethic.
