Coordinador de Trade Marketing

About the role

The Trade Marketing Coordinator will plan, coordinate and execute trade marketing strategies across distribution channels, ensuring promotional materials, point‑of‑sale displays and events are implemented effectively to boost sales and strengthen brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch trade marketing plans for various channels.
• Coordinate in‑store activations, promotions and special events.
• Supervise the correct implementation of POP material and displays according to brand guidelines.
• Analyze performance indicators such as sell‑out, shelf share and campaign ROI.
• Manage the allocated trade marketing budget.
• Train sales force and promoters on strategies and product knowledge.
• Maintain constant communication with the commercial team to align actions with sales objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in trade marketing, consumer‑goods or retail marketing.
• Availability to work flexible hours.
