Coordinador Financiero

About the role

Periferia Urbana is looking for a Financial Coordinator to oversee and improve the financial management of the company and its real‑estate development projects. The role involves supervising cash‑flow planning, budgeting, and financial analysis while ensuring accurate accounting closures and timely reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor and update cash‑flow forecasts, budgets and scenario analyses for each project.
• Review monthly and quarterly accounting closings and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Produce management reports and dashboards for the executive team.
• Control revenue streams, accounts receivable, and sales performance matrices.
• Manage relationships with banks, lenders, credit lines and explore new financing alternatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize resource allocation, improve liquidity and meet project‑specific financial targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in budgeting, cash‑flow management, financial analysis and managerial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and closing procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across departments.
• Preference for candidates with background in real‑estate development, construction or project‑based companies.
