Coordinador(a) de Trade Marketing

About the role

The company is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize trade marketing initiatives for a leading personal care brand. You will work closely with the Business Manager and cross‑functional teams to increase brand reach and drive sales across modern, traditional, and wholesale channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop channel‑specific plans for modern (UTT), traditional (DTT), and wholesale distribution.
• Design and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Assess the viability and profitability of new and existing marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaign calendars, presentations, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate promotion and sell‑out calendars.
• Oversee point‑of‑sale execution, including displays, pricing, and POP materials.
• Supervise product visibility and availability across retail locations.
• Handle POP material production, distribution, inventory, and supplier/agency relationships.
• Review all marketing assets to ensure compliance with brand and strategy before final approval.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience as a KAM or Trade Marketing Coordinator in FMCG or food sectors.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; own vehicle required.
• Strong leadership skills for managing operational staff (promoters).
• Goal‑oriented attitude with ability to meet short‑ and medium‑term targets.
