CPFR Analyst

About the role

The CPFR Analyst will support collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment activities, ensuring accurate demand forecasts and optimal inventory levels across a horizon of more than six months. The role combines supply‑chain expertise with actuarial analysis to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop accurate demand forecasts and replenishment plans over a horizon greater than six months.
• Develop tools and establish processes to improve forecast accuracy, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust forecasts to meet service level agreements.
• Apply actuarial principles to analyze inventory levels, demand patterns, and lead times to optimize stock levels and reduce distribution costs.
• Develop inventory policies and strategies to mitigate supply‑chain risks while ensuring product availability.
• Use statistical modeling techniques to analyze historical data, identify trends, and forecast future demand.
• Build predictive models incorporating actuarial methods to assess risk and uncertainty in demand forecasts.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including sales, operations, and supply, to align forecasts with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency of CPFR tasks.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply‑chain management and actuarial science.

Required profile

• Proven experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on forecasting and replenishment projects.
• Knowledge of actuarial methods applied to inventory optimization.
• Ability to use statistical modeling techniques to analyse demand data.
• Strong communication skills to convey forecast changes and inventory recommendations to cross‑functional teams.
