Customer Service Agent – Cargo Signal

About the role

As a Customer Service Agent for Cargo Signal, you will be the first point of contact for customers worldwide, handling inquiries via email, chat, and phone while supporting the launch of Cargo Signal operations in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communications through email, phone, and chat, providing timely and professional responses.
• Input and update shipment tracking information, create route plans, and ensure data accuracy in the Cargo Signal platform.
• Resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary, and monitor shipments for compliance.
• Respond to emergency alarms and exceptions according to company procedures.

Required profile

• High level of English fluency (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented with proven problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with web‑based map software.
• Experience using GPS trackers and cellular network tools.
