Customer Service Agent – Central Office (Las Margaritas)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our Central Office in Las Margaritas. The role involves handling orders, answering client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth post‑sale experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up purchase orders placed through the website.
• Answer phone calls and email inquiries related to orders.
• Resolve issues, complaints and post‑sale queries.
• Identify and handle pending or incomplete orders.
• Coordinate inventory‑related solutions and product availability.
• Keep customers informed about order status and delivery dates.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
• Organized with strong process‑tracking abilities.
• Experience of at least 2 years in customer service, sales or client support.
• University studies from the first year in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related fields.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience using billing or order‑management systems.
