About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Store Clerk to work at the International Airport La Aurora. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to both national and international travelers, support product sales, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with personalized and courteous service.
• Assist shoppers throughout their purchase journey.
• Promote and sell store merchandise.
• Handle merchandise properly and keep the work area organized.
• Support inventory control and product replenishment.
• Ensure the store’s presentation and image meet standards.
• Follow airport security procedures and safety regulations.
• Perform assigned tasks according to the work shift schedule.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic English to assist international customers.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Service‑oriented attitude, responsibility and proactivity.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to travel to and work at the airport according to the schedule.
• Current police and criminal background clearance as required by airport security.
