About the role
We are looking for a motivated Store Associate to join our team at the Megapaca location in Arkadia Zone 10. You will provide personalized assistance to customers, ensure the sales floor is well‑organized, and help promote new merchandise.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service and address inquiries.
- Classify, arrange, and display garments and other merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales area.
- Introduce and promote new products to shoppers.
- Load and unload merchandise deliveries.
Required profile
- High school diploma (diversified level or equivalent).
- Excellent customer‑service attitude.
- Valid and complete documentation.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Residence in neighborhoods near the store.
- No prior experience required.
