Desarrollador Backend / Full Stack (.NET & Node.js) – Híbrido

About the role

We are looking for a Backend / Full Stack Developer experienced with Microsoft .NET and Node.js to join our hybrid team in Zona 10, Guatemala City. The role involves creating scalable web applications, maintaining high quality standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance, scalable web applications.
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP services.
• Implement backend solutions using Node.js and .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with the Frontend team to integrate modern, responsive interfaces.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Participate in code reviews and apply best development practices.
• Deploy applications using Docker containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Work on cloud‑based projects, preferably on Microsoft Azure.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing applications with Node.js.
• Experience with .NET technologies (C#, VB.NET or C++).
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful and SOAP services.
• Solid knowledge of frontend development using Angular, Bootstrap 5, ASP.NET, AJAX and CSS.
• Experience with SQL Server and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Docker containers; knowledge of Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and problem‑solving abilities, with good communication skills.
