About the role

The Beer Developer will be responsible for driving volume growth and market share of the beer category across the assigned retail outlets. This field‑based position works closely with customers, distributors and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure growth of volume and market share for the beer category in assigned points of sale.
• Manage commercial levers such as cold equipment, packaging, sell‑out kits, POP material, credits, and other tools to guarantee profitability.
• Negotiate promotional actions according to the promotional calendar, adhering to execution standards and commercial policies to maximize sales.
• Coordinate promotions for buyers and consumers to rotate the product portfolio.
• Secure additional and high‑impact shelf space for commercial assets to increase exposure and turnover.
• Introduce priority and new portfolio products, highlighting features, advantages and benefits to expand SKU count and deliver value to the end consumer.

Required profile

• Third‑year university student in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Valid M‑type driver’s license.
• Own a motorcycle in good condition.
• Flexible schedule and availability.
• Comfortable working under pressure.
