DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (Multi‑Cloud)

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a senior DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to ensure operational resilience across Azure, AWS, and GCP in a 24x7 environment. You will combine platform engineering with incident command, using Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑security tools to keep services reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Scale and maintain operational stability across multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Engineer unified security policies and configuration baselines with Terraform.
• Design, maintain, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment.
• Monitor alerts and use CSPM tools (e.g., Wiz) to secure workloads.
• Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents, directing technical workstreams and communicating status.
• Own post‑incident remediation, track items to closure, and drive systemic fixes.
• Develop and socialize incident‑management playbooks, runbooks, and escalation procedures.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in multi‑cloud defense, federated IAM, and zero‑trust principles.
• Senior‑level, hands‑on incident‑command experience in a 24x7 production environment.
• Proven track record of driving remediation and holding teams accountable.
• Ability to draft clear incident notifications for technical and executive audiences.
• Self‑motivated and capable of mentoring mid‑level SREs.
