Dibujante Cuantificador

About the role

We are looking for a Dibujante Cuantificador to carry out precise quantity take‑offs for industrial and open‑air commercial projects. The role involves analysing architectural and engineering drawings, using AutoCAD and Revit, and preparing clear calculation memos that support budgeting and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quantity take‑offs for industrial facilities and open‑air shopping centres.
• Quantify structural works (foundations, primary and secondary grey work) and finishes.
• Calculate quantities for hydraulic‑sanitary and electrical installations.
• Determine linear metres, square metres, unit counts and volumes for all construction elements.
• Use AutoCAD and Revit as the main tools for quantification.
• Prepare detailed calculation memos and annotate the drawing locations where quantities were derived.
• Create presentation drawings for clients or management and graphically illustrate the quantification criteria.
• Review construction and architectural plans to ensure correct interpretation.
• Meet established deadlines for delivering quantity reports.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Student in the third year or higher of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in quantity take‑offs for civil works, including foundations, structural work, installations and finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Revit.
