About the role

The BIM Draftsperson/Modeler will develop and maintain BIM models and technical documentation for architectural, structural and MEP projects. The role ensures accurate construction drawings, graphic quality, interdisciplinary coordination and compliance with the organization’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Model architectural, structural and/or MEP projects in Revit following established guidelines.
• Create and update plans, elevations, sections, construction details and technical sheets.
• Generate construction drawings directly from BIM models, guaranteeing consistency.
• Incorporate both geometric and non‑geometric information required for each project.
• Review models and drawings to detect errors, inconsistencies, interferences or missing data.
• Support coordination among architecture, structure and MEP disciplines.
• Apply modifications to models and drawings based on project feedback.
• Assist in extracting quantities and data from the BIM model.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience creating technical and construction drawings.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with BIM methodology, modeling and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, preferably across Architecture, Structure and MEP.
• Knowledge of BIM modeling processes, ability to build 3D models from design information, and experience exporting IFC files.
• Understanding of construction systems, plan reading, basic measurement and quantification.
• Technical English is desirable.
