About the role

The Director of Loyalty and Experience will design and lead the end‑to‑end strategy for loyalty programmes (points, travel, cashback and experiences). The role aims to boost card usage, increase customer retention and deepen relationships by integrating data, technology and customer experience into every initiative.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall loyalty, retention and customer value strategy.
• Manage KPIs, budgets, profitability and portfolio performance.
• Develop and negotiate partnerships with merchants, brands and strategic allies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across marketing, product, data and sales.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the customer journey and lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics or related field; postgraduate studies in Marketing, Business or Digital Transformation are a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in loyalty strategy, relational marketing, financial products or customer experience, preferably in banking.
• Proven ability to analyse and present results to senior management.
• Strong negotiation skills for strategic alliances and benefits.
• Track record of leading teams, strategic projects and commercial negotiations.
