About the role

We are looking for a creative professional to manage our digital community and provide personalized, efficient customer service for a yoga studio. The role combines social media management, content creation, and front‑desk responsibilities to ensure a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients and prospects in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp.
• Provide information on classes, schedules, memberships, promotions, and special events.
• Handle registrations, reservations, renewals, and membership follow‑up.
• Manage the studio’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and maintain a monthly publishing calendar.
• Create graphics and digital content using Canva; record and edit photos, videos, stories, and Reels.
• Publish posts and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social platforms.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital channels.
• Support the organization of workshops, events, and special activities.
• Process payments and assist with reception administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Completed high school; university studies in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, Administration or related field are desirable.
• At least 1 year of experience in community management, customer service, reception, or digital marketing.
• Availability to work in Zona 14 and occasional weekends; flexible coordination with morning shift staff.
• Excellent spelling, writing, personal presentation, and service attitude.
