About the role

The company is looking for a part‑time Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant to provide creative, visual and operational support to the Marketing department. The role will help develop campaigns, events and strategic initiatives by producing graphic assets, coordinating projects and assisting in audiovisual productions.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphic pieces for internal campaigns, promotions and commercial communications.
• Create visual support materials for marketing and branding initiatives.
• Track and update project tasks using Planner.
• Coordinate deliverables with agencies, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Develop moodboards, visual references and shotlists for audiovisual productions.
• Provide logistical and operational assistance during photo shoots, recordings and events.
• Support the creation of corporate presentations and institutional materials.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or graduate in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing or a similar area.
• Proven experience creating visual content for brands and commercial projects.
• Ability to produce high‑impact corporate presentations.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
