Ejecutiva Comercial B2B / Telemarketing

About the role

This position is focused on generating new corporate customers and closing profitable structured‑cabling projects. The successful candidate will promote services such as structured cabling, fiber optics, networking and video‑surveillance to businesses, working toward clear sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect corporate clients for structured‑cabling and related telecom solutions.
• Follow up leads, conduct presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Close projects that meet profitability goals.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Explain technical services in simple terms to decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in technical services, telecommunications or technology.
• Proven track record in prospecting, lead management and project closing.
• Experience selling to corporations, industries or commercial entities (non‑government).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Result‑oriented, organized, persistent and passionate about sales.
• Complete secondary education; technical or university studies in sales, administration, marketing, systems or related fields are a plus.
• Additional courses in sales, telemarketing or customer service are desirable.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to negotiate and handle objections.
