About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Commercial Executive to provide personalized advisory services in life and medical expense insurance. You will help individuals protect their most valuable assets through consultative sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and continuously contact potential clients.
• Analyze each prospect’s financial and health profile.
• Design and present tailored life and medical expense insurance proposals.
• Negotiate terms and follow up until the sale is closed and the policy is signed.
• Gather required documentation for underwriting.
• Coordinate initial medical requirements for insured parties.
• Achieve established commercial targets.

Required profile

• University student (near graduation) or graduate.
• 1–2 years of experience selling individual life and medical expense insurance.
• Proven experience in consultative sales of high‑value services (e.g., financial services, premium automotive, real estate).
• Understanding of insurance technical concepts such as deductibles, co‑insurance, and sum insured.
• Valid insurance agent certification is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, empathy, active listening and high tolerance for frustration.
