About the role

We are looking for a passionate Talent Attraction Executive to lead recruitment processes and create positive experiences for candidates and hiring managers. You will ensure that operational and administrative positions are filled with talent that aligns with our culture and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for operational and administrative roles.
• Develop and manage talent attraction strategies across multiple recruitment channels.
• Publish job ads on job boards, LinkedIn and other sources.
• Guarantee a positive candidate and leader experience throughout selection and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
• Basic to intermediate English (A2/B1) is desirable.
• Strong organization, effective communication and results orientation.

Required skills

• Competency‑based interview techniques.
• Proficiency with job boards, LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of Office 365.
