Ejecutivo Comercial – Región Occidente

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Commercial Executive to lead sales activities in Guatemala’s western region. Based in Quetzaltenango, you will manage existing accounts, develop new business opportunities and promote a portfolio of IT and telecommunications solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the assigned client portfolio across Quetzaltenango, San Marcos, Totonicapán, Huehuetenango, Quiché, Sololá and Retalhuleu.
• Prospect continuously for new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits throughout the covered departments.
• Prepare quotations, follow up and close sales deals.
• Build long‑term commercial relationships with clients.
• Promote the company’s IT and telecom solution portfolio.
• Achieve established sales quotas and objectives.
• Update opportunity tracking and project status.
• Submit daily reports on visits, calls, opportunities and commercial activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and client development, preferably in IT, technology or telecommunications.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to prospect, negotiate and close deals.
• Good knowledge of the western Guatemalan market and distribution channels is a plus.
• Goal‑oriented, comfortable working with performance indicators and daily reporting.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Organised, proactive, disciplined and results‑focused.
• Must reside in Quetzaltenango and own a reliable vehicle.
