About the role

The Business Center Executive is responsible for serving clients both inside and outside the Business Center, managing their needs and identifying new business opportunities. The role aims to grow client portfolios, increase profitability, and strengthen the relationship between the bank and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to client requests, assess needs, and identify opportunities with existing or potential customers.
• Implement acquisition and placement strategies for products and services in coordination with the Business Center Manager.
• Evaluate client profiles according to KYC policies and propose suitable business solutions.
• Guide clients in present and future financial decisions, ensuring product handling meets satisfaction and profitability goals.
• Prepare commercial reports using electronic agendas to provide visibility of generated business.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial banking.
• Completed degree in economics, finance, or a related field.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation.
• Proven sales experience working under targets.
