About the role

The Key Account Executive will develop, maintain and expand a portfolio of clients in the lithography industry, offering tailored printing solutions that meet each customer's needs while driving sales growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new clients across commercial, industrial, editorial and mass‑consumer sectors.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
• Identify business opportunities and prepare commercial proposals.
• Advise customers on materials, finishes, printing processes and production alternatives.
• Prepare quotations and follow through to close sales.
• Coordinate with production, design and customer‑service teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor orders, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly targets for sales, contribution margin and new client acquisition.
• Generate reports on visits, opportunities and sales forecasts.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM or commercial management system.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in graphic, lithography, commercial printing, packaging or labeling.
• Knowledge of offset printing processes, finishes, papers and materials is desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel nationwide for client visits.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
