About the role

The Key Account Executive will build and sustain relationships with corporate clients, uncovering business opportunities and delivering customized, value‑added solutions. The role focuses on achieving commercial targets, expanding the client portfolio, and ensuring high client loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers.
• Execute the assigned sales plan, meeting volume and profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with commercial policies and procedures.
• Prepare periodic sales and client‑performance reports.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to define actions and strategies that strengthen the brand.
• Guarantee service quality and attentive support for key accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or technical advisory.
• Preferable experience in the automotive, petrochemical or technical‑product sectors.
• Own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday and half‑day on Saturday.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP.
• Strategic sales management, negotiation, trade marketing, and multichannel handling.
