About the role

We are looking for a Business Advisor to join our business unit, responsible for serving, developing and advising payroll clients, marketing financial products and generating new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Attend and manage current, potential and new payroll clients.
  • Conduct telemarketing follow‑up calls to maintain client relationships.
  • Promote passive products and financial solutions.
  • Follow commercial opportunities through to closure.
  • Achieve established sales targets.

Required profile

  • Minimum secondary education (high school graduate).
  • At least 1 year of experience selling financial products such as credits, cards, insurance, or similar, in banks, cooperatives or related entities.
  • Strong commercial focus and goal‑orientation.
  • Ability to provide ongoing client support.
  • Availability to work on‑site.
