About the role

The Truck Sales Executive will lead the development of strategic commercial relationships and generate new business opportunities within the automotive sector in Guatemala. The role focuses on corporate account management, prospecting high‑value clients, and expanding the company’s presence in key industries such as transport, logistics, construction, and manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close high‑value sales opportunities for commercial vehicles, trucks, and related transport solutions.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts across multiple sectors.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with decision‑makers and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits and presentations to clients throughout Guatemala.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate sales reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of corporate sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in selling commercial vehicles, trucks, fleets, or transportation solutions.
• Extensive network of contacts with decision‑makers in transport, logistics, construction, agro‑industry, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer‑goods sectors.
• Strong orientation toward achieving sales targets and results.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
