About the role

We are seeking a Financial Products Sales Executive to join our business unit. The professional will be responsible for serving payroll clients, advising them on financial solutions, and generating new commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Manage existing, potential, and new payroll clients.
Conduct client follow‑up through telemarketing calls.
Promote passive financial products and tailored solutions.
Track commercial opportunities from prospecting to closure.
Achieve established sales targets.

Required profile

Secondary education (high school) graduate.
At least 1 year of experience selling financial products in banks, cooperatives, or similar institutions.
Proven experience with credit, card, insurance, or comparable financial products.
Strong commercial focus and goal‑orientation.
Ability to provide consistent client follow‑up.
Willingness to work onsite.
