Ejecutivo de Ventas – Guatemala

About the role

The Sales Executive will be based in Guatemala City and will focus on field activities, visiting existing and prospective clients to promote Print Latam Group’s point‑of‑sale communication solutions. This full‑time position involves building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality visual materials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities through client visits and prospecting.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with internal production and logistics teams to guarantee on‑time order fulfillment.
• Collect market feedback and contribute to commercial strategies aimed at increasing market share.
• Track orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in digital printing, large‑format, advertising or related industries.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities with a focus on long‑term client relationships.
• Basic knowledge of point‑of‑sale (P.O.P.) materials and willingness to learn technical production aspects.
• Excellent organization and time‑management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Availability for frequent client visits and use of digital collaboration tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in standard office tools such as email, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
