About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven B2B Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships, and close deals in the San Lucas Sacatepéquez area. The successful candidate will actively prospect, present our solutions, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers through proactive prospecting.
• Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities.
• Investigate potential companies, projects, and sectors.
• Present and promote the company’s products and solutions.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Maintain an active portfolio of existing clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop strategies to increase sales performance.
• Achieve defined commercial targets and objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and client acquisition.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking, and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to conduct market analysis and research.
• Capacity to build long‑term commercial relationships.
