Electromecánico – Electrical Generation Maintenance

About the role

The company is seeking an Electromechanic to perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on power generation equipment. The role ensures safe, efficient, and continuous operation of generators, motors, control panels, and auxiliary systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical generation equipment according to established plans.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to maintain operational continuity.
• Conduct regular inspections of control panels, motors, generators, and auxiliary equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to carry out work accurately.
• Record maintenance activities and document repairs in work orders.
• Verify equipment functionality after each intervention, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Adhere to industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations.
• Properly use tools, measurement equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Required profile

• Technical Electrician Industrial, Electrical Specialist, or a related degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in power generation.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Residence in Taxisco, Santa Rosa, or willingness to relocate.
• Readiness to travel when required (company provides accommodation).
