About the role

The yoga studio is looking for a Social Media and Design Coordinator to manage its digital community, create engaging content, and support client relations. This position combines community management, graphic design, and front‑desk assistance to ensure a positive experience for members and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients and prospects in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp, providing information on classes, schedules, memberships, promotions, and special events.
• Manage the studio’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), develop a monthly publishing calendar, and post content.
• Create graphics and digital assets using Canva; record, edit, and publish photos, videos, stories, and Reels.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social platforms.
• Track and follow up on leads generated through digital channels.
• Assist with event, workshop, and special‑activity organization.
• Handle payments, reservations, membership renewals, and other reception tasks.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education; university studies in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields are desirable.
• At least one year of experience in community management, customer service, reception, or digital marketing.
• Availability to work in Zona 14, with occasional weekend and Sunday event support.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Graphic creation using Canva.
• Basic video editing with CapCut.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace competence.
• WhatsApp Business usage.
