Encargado de Cuenta – Operaciones de Almacén

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager who will be directly responsible for a designated client account, ensuring smooth warehouse operations including merchandise receipt, order preparation, timely dispatches, and inventory control while maintaining effective communication with the client.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the operational floor and the assigned staff.
• Oversee merchandise receipt, order picking, timely dispatches, and inventory processes.
• Send notification emails regarding progress and compliance with processes.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with the client.
• Foster a stable work environment within the operation.
• Address the specific requirements of the assigned account.
• Monitor and follow up on warehouse operational activities.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse operations and personnel management.
• Experience with merchandise receipt and WMS (Warehouse Management System) usage.
• University student in Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to handle high‑demand and high‑pressure situations.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, decision‑making capability, and strong organization.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8:00‑17:00, Saturday 8:00‑12:00.
