Encargado de Mantenimiento – Las Margaritas

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities in our City Core facilities located in Las Margaritas. The role ensures that all installations operate smoothly, the property is well‑maintained and that clients and users enjoy a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor preventive maintenance programs across the City Core sites.
• Diagnose and resolve corrective maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain the building’s infrastructure, including plumbing, masonry, drywall, painting and industrial electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Basic education level; technical training in industrial electricity is a plus.
• 1‑3 years of experience in general building maintenance, preferably in malls, hotels, offices or similar properties.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
