About the role

We are seeking a Construction Site Manager (Entertainment) to supervise the execution of grey work, secondary structures and finishing activities on our entertainment projects. The role requires daily coordination with multiple suppliers, strict monitoring of construction processes, and ensuring that work progresses according to schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor grey work, secondary structures and finishing activities on site.
• Conduct daily reviews of each supplier’s performance and documentation.
• Coordinate with the project resident to align work plans and resolve issues.
• Control the proper execution of construction processes on a weekly basis.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and update daily progress reports.
• Manage material deliveries and logistics to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or at least 10,000 m² built.
• Proven experience as a site manager, especially with finishing works.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performance teams.
• Technical studies in construction processes (e.g., diplomas from Intecap).
• Experience in entertainment‑related construction projects is a plus.
