About the role

The Operations and Dispatch Manager will oversee product identification, loading, and shipment processes at Procreto's facility in Villa Nueva. This role ensures smooth coordination between production, sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to maintain efficient order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify products according to code and production date.
• Coordinate with forklift operators for product placement and dispatch.
• Verify and control products loaded onto trucks.
• Track and record damaged products during loading and order preparation.
• Support order coordination with Sales, Production, and Logistics departments.
• Follow up on returns and manage the corresponding processes.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock control.
• Efficiently manage storage space using FIFO (PEPS) methodology.
• Help coordinate personnel and loads when the yard requires assistance.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure fluid operations.
• Report opportunities for improvement in dispatch processes.

Required profile

• Accounting degree (Perito Contador) or university student.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work Saturdays for half a day.
• Numerical aptitude and ability to work flexible hours.
• Desirable experience in companies manufacturing construction materials.
