About the role

The Talent Management Specialist will lead the planning, performance, and development strategy for Coca‑Cola FEMSA’s operations in Guatemala. The role ensures that employees have the right skills to meet business needs and supports the full talent cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the talent cycle (performance reviews, 360° feedback, calibration, job posting) using SuccessFactors.
• Manage the performance process, ensuring timelines, data entry, and user support.
• Coordinate planning meetings and consolidate replacement tables.
• Support talent mapping (9‑box) and follow‑up on development actions.
• Implement local employer branding initiatives and track related metrics.
• Drive talent attraction activities based on market analysis and defined guidelines.
• Consolidate and monitor development agendas for key talent.
• Promote continuous learning initiatives and track participation.
• Monitor talent indicators, participation, and results of DEI actions for the Guatemala operation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field; preferably a Master’s in HR or MBA.
• 4‑6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, result‑oriented and eager to learn.
