About the role

We are looking for a Performance & E‑Commerce Specialist to join a leading retail/e‑commerce company in Zona 14. The role focuses on driving online sales through paid media and website management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads to generate sales.
• Maintain the e‑commerce website – update product listings, pricing, promotions and commercial content.
• Monitor online sales, conversion rates and overall e‑commerce performance, identifying growth opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, e‑commerce or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate campaign results and suggest improvements.
