About the role

The Cybersecurity and Solutions Delivery Specialist will act as the primary contact for resolving technical issues, supporting the commercial team, and ensuring smooth operation of client systems. You will diagnose incidents, provide technical solutions, and help maintain business continuity in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for end‑user technical queries and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales area to facilitate client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshoot, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain operational stability of Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, and related infrastructure.
• Support email services on Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 platforms.
• Manage file servers on both Windows Server and Linux distributions.
• Configure and monitor perimeter firewalls and network security principles.
• Administer Active Directory, including architecture, problem solving, and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Graduate or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar technical support or implementation role.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Own reliable transportation.
