Especialista en Precios de Transferencia LATAM (Remoto)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Transfer Pricing Specialist to join a financial consulting firm that serves local and multinational clients across Central America and Latin America. The position is fully remote and combines technical transfer‑pricing work with direct leadership of a small analyst team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing studies, Local Files, Master Files and related documentation for multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop economic and financial analyses of related‑party transactions.
• Conduct functional analyses and design comparable searches using specialized databases.
• Analyze intra‑group operations such as services, distribution, manufacturing, royalties and financing.
• Participate in planning, restructuring and audit defence projects.
• Coordinate multi‑jurisdictional projects, supervising junior analysts and ensuring quality of deliverables.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience in Transfer Pricing, including preparation and review of studies and comparability analyses.
• Demonstrated knowledge of OECD Guidelines and the main valuation methods.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills (ability to understand the tool beyond formula use).
• Residence in a Latin American country within a two‑hour time‑difference from Guatemala.
