About the role

The University of the Valley of Guatemala seeks an Audiovisual Production Specialist for e‑Learning. The role focuses on creating high‑quality audiovisual material that supports hybrid and online academic programs, enhancing student learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and post‑produce video, audio, and photographic content for academic courses.
• Implement technical strategies to support the creation of multimedia resources for hybrid and fully online programs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Organize audiovisual files and maintain collaborative workflows.
• Stay current with emerging audiovisual technologies and AI tools for content optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Production or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, producing, and post‑producing audiovisual projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
